Do you notice an abundance of focus on the element of air? We are living through a pandemic virus spread by air. Covering our mouth and nose to avoid sharing air. Discussing the challenge of wearing a mask. Hoping others don’t breathe on us.
We are writing signs to support George Floyd with the words, “I can’t breathe.” Protesters are blowing the air by using leaf blowers to fight mace.
This is the season of hurricanes. That’s a huge air event. Yes, there is so much air in our news and in our lives.
I felt curious to explore what this emphasis on air may portend.
I believe we have a unique opportunity to focus on our spiritual growth. The spiritual significance of breath is profound.
It sure looks messy, but do you find that in the grand design, everything is perfect. That includes the impact, the timing, and the adjustments. All created as part of our journey in this life.
Can we remain present? Breathe in and out. Become centered. Find some inspiration. Relax into our inner peace.
Remember gifts come in all kinds of packages.
